How the store works
How long until it arrives?
Stocked designs are printed and packed within 5–7 business days — a terrain tile is a long print and it gets finished by hand afterwards. Custom locations and building models are quoted first, so the clock starts once you've approved the preview. Postage across Australia is on top of that.
Where does the terrain data come from?
Public elevation datasets, the same ones surveyors and mapping agencies use. The heights are real and to scale relative to each other — we exaggerate the vertical a little so the relief actually reads at tile size, which is standard practice for physical relief maps. Say the word if you'd rather have it true to scale.
Can I get somewhere that isn't listed?
That's the Custom Location tile. Send an address, a pin, or a set of coordinates, plus a rough idea of how much area you want covered — a single suburb reads very differently to a whole shire. We'll send a preview render before anything is printed.
Can you do my house?
Yes — that's the Custom Building Model. Photos from a few angles are usually enough; plans or elevations make it faster and more accurate. It can also be dropped onto a terrain tile of the surrounding land if you want the site as well as the building.
Something arrived broken.
Tell us within 30 days and we'll reprint it. These are large single-piece prints, so they're packed accordingly, but couriers are couriers.
